I use it as a towel. I wish it was smaller as the towel doesn't need a ring that big. It would also be nice if the ring was a little stiffer in the mount so it doesn't move as much. Polished chrome matches the faucet perfectly.

Love this simple design and we bought matching Franklin Brass towel rails and a Delta toilet roll holder. I first bought a matching Kohler TP holder but it ended up not being the swivel type so I had to use a different brand. I bought it from Revain in good condition and it was practically new.

I bought Lillyfield taps for my bathrooms without realizing that there were no towel rings in this range. After a long and hard search I decided to try them as a replacement. They seem to have been developed for the Lillyfield range and integrate seamlessly with these devices. Perhaps that's why Kohler never included a towel ring in this line. I just wish they had said so so I didn't have to search far to find them.

I bought this towel ring from Kohler six years ago and never thought I could find it still in production - styles change so much. I checked out a couple of mid-range rings and found that the ring was no longer chrome/metal, but hollow plastic painted with a chrome finish. There are several brands in the Kohler range and when I think of their names I think of a relatively well made product that will last until my two teens go to college. Sometimes I wish you could leave a review without having to give a star rating. For the right space, this can be a very good option. We've just realized that it sticks out very far from the wall and would look silly in our small powder room, which is why we bought it. I'm embarrassed to give it 3 stars but can't justify a 4 or 5 star rating on an item that we returned unused. Just check the dimensions and make sure you are happy with the distance to the wall.
