LDR Industries 165 9840 Rustic Review

I was really excited about this item but I am missing the shaft part that holds the shaft between two posts. I am not satisfied

The product itself is not bad - it appears to be working normally and swinging freely. It goes well with the other wood decors in my bathroom. However they didn't send the hardware along so it was already out of my wall so I replaced the last one. Once I figure out how to secure it properly, it might be better.

Package was opened as if returned and then sent to me. Toilet roll holder didn't work, had two left sides. Instead of 24" it was 22". They were nice and sent a replacement, fixed the toilet paper holder, but the towel holder was 22" not 24". Cut it to 24" and a can of oak polyester stain for $12 fixes the problem.

As much as I love the variety of plumbing fixtures, I'm always disappointed by how poorly most towel and toilet paper holders stick to the wall. Invariably, my towel rails have come loose, as have toilet paper holders. And no, it wasn't my setup as the cracks were pre-existing. However, this product has never let me down. The description of this product states the dimensions are 21 x 5.5 x 5 inches. The size 21" is obviously the width but the description doesn't say if the height is 5" or 5.5. However, they are close together, so it doesn't matter if the product fits one of those sizes. The product I received is 17 3/16" wide, 2 5/8" tall and 3 1/2" deep. (Depth is the dimension of the pins above the mounting surface.) Are they the same Product? Also there is a hole in the wood which has been treated with a wood
