Queen Medium Profile Memory Foam Sleeping Pillow - I Love Pillow Traditional (White, 1-Pack) Review

I have several I luv My Pillows and they all have the I[heart]my Pillow logo. It's not like this. They all came in a box with foam rubber fully inflated. This came compressed and rolled up. The first came with the best cover. For the last two, the cover got worse and worse. This will be the last time I get my pillow.

This is a replacement for the pillow I bought at a furniture store a few years ago. I'm not even sure if it's authentic. It was wrapped so tightly in plastic wrap and looked completely deflated. It swelled at night but had a strange chemical smell. I opened the cover to wash it and there was a spot on the foam (see photo) which was quite rough and had deep tears on the other side!
