Runs small and hand wash recommended.

The LuckyCandy dress runs small for my 2.5 year old. Even before I put it in the wash, I noticed how small the dress looked. Something I didn't notice was that it said only hand wash so take note of that but later it says again that hand wash is preferred but machine washable. A bit misleading if you ask me. I probably wouldn't have understood it if I had paid attention. Anyway - I put it in the washing machine of course and it did a great job... Not sure how long it will last given that. Iโ€ฆ

Nice dress but at least one size up

This is a cute, bright and light weight long sleeve dress available in a variety of prints and colours. one size up and I'm thankful for that. If you like a little room for growth in your children's clothing, I would suggest going two sizes up. The length is a bit short, so I prefer to combine it with leggings. The description says hand wash but I'm not a fan of hand washing baby clothes so I washed them normally and tumble dried on low heat. tumble dried and had no severe shrinkage or colorโ€ฆ

Nice dress; The description says 95% cotton, but it's actually 100%; runs a bit small

I had the "colorfulโ€ pattern consisting of horizontal rainbow stripes down the body of the dress and then long black and white striped sleeves. This is such a unique dress. I thought it was cute. I showed it to my 3 year old and she said she loves it so I got it. Because it's so unique and weirdly cute/ugly cute, I think you should show it to your kid first. I have a feeling that this dress likes/hates it and I could see the kid not liking it. Material and construction: According to the product
