I love how it looks in my spa style bathroom. Excellent quality product. I also bought an Iso 4 light (I turned the light up, not down. Big difference), Iso towel ring holder and an Iso TP mount. i love this collection. I can only say that it is better to attach it to a hairpin. It's quite heavy and I even used 4 20lb drywall anchors (not the ones they sent). They can rock the device a bit, so I'm sure I'll have to repeat that at some point. A good product.

I have two of these, ordered a second one a few months after my second bathroom renovation. Very functional and appears to be well built. Don't put too much stock in my assessment of the difficulty of the install - my contractor did it both times and I didn't ask how easy they were to install. The shelf looks very nice and is specially designed for storing towels in a small bathroom. The only thing we were not satisfied with was the installation. The instructions were vague and using the lever bolts was a challenge. Are we the only ones who didn't know how to tighten a bolt with a toggle bolt? What about the finish? Chrome left and right, but polished nickel on all midsections. Yes. I just ordered the same thing at the orange hardware store down the street. I will find out if it is suitable for this product and update my review. This is odd because most of my other Moen items were properly chrome plated (with the exception of this towel rail and shower curtain rod). Oh, and don't use their junk drywall anchors. We have previously purchased Moen towel rails and have been very pleased with the look and ease of installation. However, there was a problem with this product, or at least with this batch. The shelf is obviously crooked from back left to front right, in fact it looks deformed. We exchanged the first one but had the same issue with a replacement which was also repackaged (open box). We don't have time to repeat this process, so we installed a replacement and will live with a less than aesthetic

Our new bathroom had very little storage space and only one small towel rail. This "train" style towel rail was the solution. Polished chrome column, solid and very attractive. It was way cheaper than something similar I saw in the PB catalog.
