Beware of plastic parts.

Plastic end at connection point of bracket to stand. I was trying to save some money here and you get what you pay for. We have a Kingston rotating paper holder in our master bathroom which is great. There are no plastic parts in Kingston, so it's better to overpay. We ordered three of these (two in bronze). We sent the bronze back but kept this one in our cabin and didn't want to spend extra money on it.

How did we live without Pivoting TP?

I already have 3 of these rotating toilet paper holders and they are awesome. Was it difficult to switch the TP to a spring-loaded one? no With a hinge everything is much easier and super cool? Yes. Would a girl and a kid be better off swapping the empty role? That's a question for another day. In any case, this particular Moen product appears to be of great quality and the nickle and style is spot on for other similar products such as towel rails and the like.

Reliable and durable, looks good

The picture they use for this product is misleading. As others have noted, it looks very dark, but it's actually a standard brushed nickel finish. I hope the photos I took provide a better example. The installation was just like any other plumbing job. It comes with a paper template for locating the screw holes for easy installation. The included drywall anchors are very strong and feel very solid in the wall once installed. I've included three of them; two on the walls and a third towards the…

Excellent quality, high standard. Add 1/2 to 1 inch between the posts.

Good quality bracket and all necessary hardware included. Easy installation, but pay attention to one thing. The bases of the pillars are wider on the wall. If you buy toilet paper in a large roll you will need to add extra space between the racks to accommodate it and the measuring tool instructions do not provide for this. So if you use the guide you have to drill twice and sweat bullets hoping the base will cover the holes. (With difficulty, and I'm damn lucky!) Check out the second photo…

Doesn't work and breaks

I bought several of these, one for each of our bathrooms and they are all so badly damaged that two are still in the box and I am refusing to install them. The first was installed by our contractor and every time we change the toilet paper one side falls off and needs to be screwed back in. This causes damage to the other side and creates weight when that side of the bracket falls out of the wall. and create a hole. We had to remove and patch it. We decided to try again and the same thing…
