I bought three of these bars to use in a small shower and next to a friend's stool. I thought the quality of the product was good , but most importantly the choice of holes to attach the bars to the frame was very good. Finally, the mounting bolts and washers were very good - withstood the force of the striking tool without rounding the corners. The lids snapped right in, after everything was in place I am very happy with the design and construction.

Just installed this to help people get in and out of our shower. (People used to grab the towel rail!) The adjustable brackets allow 3 screws to fit in the holder, but the screws provided are of poor quality. Heads rounded while driving. I omitted the screws and used stainless screws instead. Thanks to the hexagon socket of the screws, they could be screwed into the studs better. This product would get 5 stars if better quality screws were used.

What a headache. I have used Moen products before with fantastic luck but this 16 inch handrail has left me at a loss. "Unclip the protective covers and slide them down the stem to access the mounting plate." One of the covers came off exactly as intended, but the other did NOT come off.
