I weigh myself daily and needed a portable scale for travel, but didn't want my luggage to be heavier. It worked great. I also bought a neoprene sleeve to protect it. I compared my home scale to these and it read within 2/10th of a pound. I recommend using it next to a sink for balance as the surface area is small. Your toes and heels will extend past the top/bottom of the scale. I am satisfied and recommend.

Overall very portable and reliable. This scale differs from my home scale by 1.5 pounds. This is normal because when I checked them at home they weighed 1.5 pounds more than my home scale and when I got home on the scale they were still exactly 1.5 pounds less.
