We needed these for the living room and the style and quality were a perfect match. It's deep enough that it doesn't need to be emptied every day (if you only use it for paper). It's a little pricey for a recycling bin, but if you're using it in a space you use frequently, it might be worth it.

I am very happy with it. The golden color on the product photo was a bit yellowish brown on me, but still very pretty. The design is reminiscent of an oriental carpet. The wooden floor feels thin but is probably good for paper and light dirt.

However, I wouldn't use it in the bathroom or kitchen where it could get wet without the liner. It would be a nice wastepaper basket next to the table. I love this recycling bin, it has way more character than most but I was a bit surprised to see that the hole wasn't a perfect circle (it's kinda this is the wrong form). Also, the packaging feels crumpled and not smooth as one might expect. To be honest, I can't tell if these specs were created specifically to make it stand out and make it look "natural" or if it's just poor workmanship. So for the price I'm a bit surprised.
