Careless order fulfillment

My little daughter loves these pouches but it's been twice in a row when we tried to order three boxes each of different flavors only to receive duplicates that didn't match my order request. Great product, terrible performance.

Not the best taste

I couldn't understand why my son refused to eat them until I tried them and realized I didn't like the taste either. We prefer berry flavored foods. They were a little more liquid than I like. I ended up giving it to a neighbor.

Had to cancel

My baby LOVES these bags. Unfortunately, this flavor was unpredictable given the texture. They usually look like smoothies. Our most recent cases were thick and greasy (although the expiration date was months away) and she refuses to eat them. Even unopened ones can't be returned, so the money is in the trash.

Always check the expiry date

Usually my baby loves this, but lately we are finding more and more often that the expiry date on one or more packs of our baby food is POSTPONED before it reaches us, sometimes for several months . At least twice it's been a special taste and this time I'm not getting a refund. See I don't think this is malicious negligence on your part or anything but if I do get an expired product I don't expect to pay for it because I'm SURE I won't be feeding it to my baby.
