Start here if you are unsure.

Great entry level weighted blanket for those not sure if they will like it; like me. I started here and then passed once I hit 12 pounds.

Finally she sleeps!

We have a 3 year old girl who hates sleeping but this blanket got her a good night's sleep! She fell asleep faster and slept through the night for the first time in 3 years!

Pros
  • Heaviness is normal. This weighted comforter is heavier than a regular comforter or duvet. You may feel heavy at first. If you choose the right size and weight based on your weight, your body will usually adjust to that weight after 3-7 days of continuous use. It can be used not only while sleeping, but also while reading, relaxing or meditating.
Cons
  • No Game

woman likes it. but the fabric is a bit noisy.

My wife is 108 pounds and I foolishly tried the 15 pound duvet first. She didn't like it and I tried to talk her into the 10lb version but she said the 7lb version. This duvet was a little cheaper than the other options and it looks a little. Some stitches were not trimmed and some long threads were not trimmed. Can't comment on durability, but we're not picky about our linens/quilts. It was only one night but the wife definitely preferred the Β£7 version. We noticed that the ceiling makes noise

Pros
  • The weight of the blanket you order must be 7-13% of your weight.
Cons
  • Crumpled wrapper
