This is the second pillow. The first was great for 5 years or more. It's cool, comfortable and strong for your head and neck.

The pillow is very comfortable, keeps you cool at night and doesn't lose its shape. The extra pillowcase is also nice to the touch and makes it even cooler while you sleep.

Memory foam isn't my first choice for a pillow so can't say I really like it but my husband likes it. His neck hurts and it helps. He says he is very gentle but still supportive. There was a slight smell when first opened, but that quickly dissipated.

I only slept on it one night so I really can't tell if it was a pillow to keep me cool but it was comfortable enough on the night I had it. I bought it from Revain, albeit at a huge discount, and I'm not willing to pay full price for another one. I look forward to another sale!

Absolute waste of money for people with hot flashes I bought this pillow because of its "cooling effect"?, NO. This pillow looks like it was made to keep desserts cool, but it failed the hot night flash test at all. I'm very frustrated because I'm on a steady income and I really don't have any money to waste. Back to my old Bamboo Gel Pad. :-(

The Perfect Pillow doesn't have that extra bounce that some pillows have, making you feel like you're struggling to keep your head on it and give it a little squeeze. Other than that, it has the perfect rate of return and doesn't flatten out like a $2 stack from Denny at 3am on a busy night. My wife and I are almost the strictest reviewers and even I have to say it's 5 stars. pillow. Nearly perfect.

I love this pillow! I have bought many pillows over the years and this is by far my favorite. It's the perfect amount of fill and softness and it provides the perfect amount of support for my neck. Not too soft, not too hard, just right. Unfortunately, once you put a pillowcase on top, there's no cooling factor. So unless you sleep on it without a pillowcase, which you don't want to do as it's not machine washable, you really don't have much of a cooling effect. Honestly it's so comfortable…

I'm not a fan of pillows but I've bought and used several different types. While some were great, some were good and many were terrible. It's phenomenal. I usually sleep on my side, but I think it's good for back sleepers too. The pillow is the perfect combination of hard plush memory foam and the height is perfect too.
