My husband and I change this pillow. It's the right size, very comfortable, small and so comfortable. You can use above or below the knees. It doesn't bother you and helps to straighten your back and relieve your legs, especially when they are in pain.

I had two concerns when I received this product. First, it will be uncomfortable and affect my sleep quality, and second, I'll just toss it between my legs while I sleep. I am happy to report that none of this happened. I've used a regular pillow instead of a squirrel pillow in the past and can find that it's not as effective as a squirrel pillow. Plus no more crushed acorns.

Pillow suits me! I'm quite small and was afraid it would be too big, but it fits comfortably between my legs. This gives my partner a good break from crushing it along with me and gets a good break from moving and shifting uncomfortably during the night. It's good support for my legs and keeps my back flat when I sleep on my side. The cover is very comfortable, closes with a zipper and can be washed. It feels soft and comfortable!
