I ordered two of these a few years ago. I replaced these old ones but the new ones are much bigger. May be good for homes with high water pressure but not for my house. I'm sure the quality is good but the physical size is too big for me.

I can't believe they sent me a used item that's already broken! I tried to install it yesterday as soon as I got the shower head but the shower head kept falling off. My friend came to my house today and checked it out, realized it was because they didn't give me an unbroken shower head. Very disappointed!

My husband installed this shower head in 2 minutes - very easy! This is the second T9 shower head I've bought so both bathrooms have them. I love that it is filtered and really think it has improved my daughter's eczema as well as the softness of my hair. This is necessary with hard water!

The shower head is very difficult to open to change the filter. I ended up having to remove the shower head and grab a pair of tongs when all else failed. It messed up some of the threads on the shower adapter when trying to open it. The filters come pre-installed from the factory and now I know why. After an hour I was finally able to change the filter.

UPDATE: After using this product for a few months, it leaks at the top and the shower head goes down, no sleep gain. Very disappointing for this amount of money. I tried to get a refund from Revain but they say we have to go to the manufacturer. Very disappointing.
