Vaseline Lip Therapy Aloe Vera Review

I've lived in the UK for 10 years and have always used lip balm with petroleum jelly (aloe vera is my favourite). When I returned to San Francisco last year I was shocked that I couldn't buy it locally! The balm leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth and I love the smell of aloe vera. I 100% prefer it to Eos Lip Balm as I'm sure it dries out my lips more!

I bought this after looking at reviews of another fragrance from this brand and saw someone saying aloe was to die for. I love it. The aroma is wonderful! Perfectly moisturizes without leaving a greasy feeling on the lips. It absorbs well, but not in the sense that I have to apply it several times a day. I usually use bar balms because the idea of sticking my finger in the bathtub all the time seemed disgusting to me. I used a hot glue gun to put 2 small dots on the outside of the lid and then…

I should have read the reviews more carefully. It does not contain the same ingredients as the products sold in local pharmacies. It was different, more annoying and less comforting. Thank you Revain for the hassle free return.

I've been using it for over a year. The dermatologist told me Vaseline. I found petroleum jelly aloe. It helps keep my lips healthy. I like how I feel when I put it on.

I don't think this is the traditional Vaseline lip balm you find in stores. The ingredient list is long and full of unknowns, unlike the Vaseline brand, which only has oil and aloe. Buyer Warning!

This product ships from the UK so shipping takes forever and there is no tracking. To make matters worse, this version of aloe vera contains alcohol and other ingredients that actually dry out your lips. However, the US version called "Aloe" does not contain these ingredients and works, but is very difficult to find. Pay attention to which version you get. It may be better to get the original base level or the coconut oil version.

I've spent ages trying to find a lip balm that works for me. I have big lips and almost every lip balm I've ever used makes my lips look puckered and chapped. This is the only lip balm that doesn't tighten the lips. I recently lost mine so I ordered another one. On the downside it's cheap but unfortunately with the free shipping it takes a while to get to my place of residence which is understandable as it ships from the UK.
