Customer service is great!

The duvet cover is very soft and goes well with Wonap duvets. Unfortunately, the first blanket didn't survive the washing and drying. After contacting support, a replacement was sent to me. Very happy with customer service.

Wouldn't buy again.

It's very pretty but I still feel SO hot underneath. The weight is reassuring but so unwieldy in a king size! Impossible to position neatly in the ceiling. I'd rather just have a smaller one to use when needed. It's just too difficult to maneuver or carry to/from the bed.

Fun but let down with ties

The ties holding the cover to the duvet appear to be poorly designed. A few of them broke within the first day or two of use, probably because the weighted blanket is so heavy, but then again I thought it was the same branded WONAP weighted blanket cover, so I'm surprised it didn't hold up.

Ties that are too short. Difficult to dress for the elderly. terrible wrinkling.

MUST RETURN Too short ties with trembling hands. Even my husband found them terribly difficult to tie. MUST COME AGAIN! Someone said they had to unzip two (2) zippers. I only saw lightning. Never washed and the cover had horrible, horrible creases. Look bad every day. I LOVE THE FLUSHED BLANKET. I HAVE A 48X60 AND ANOTHER 48X72.

Disappointing duvet cover

A few months ago I bought a Wonap weighted duvet cover which I think is good value for money as it is well made and the material is very soft. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the Wonap duvet cover. When I received the duvet cover it had a few stretches, the ties were poorly sewn on and 2 were misaligned. I contacted their support team and they fixed the issue immediately.

The seam is torn, uncomfortable to wear, runs small

The fabric is soft, the color pleasant. However, after two washes I noticed that the seam had come undone. I contacted the seller via email (as requested) but received no response. Also the ties are very difficult to use as they are short and the exact same color and fabric as the loops and the cover itself is a bit small so the quilt always curls around the edges and never just lays flat. I would have expected that from a cheap product, but it is not cheap. The ripped seam was the last straw…

Nice bedspread but weighted blankets don't behave well with it

The bedspread itself is great, good material matches the weighted blanket, not too difficult to 'install' but the weighted blanket 'behaves' not like many other things you might cover up Due to the weight of the duvet, the duvet has a tendency to detach from the duvet despite ties. Straight top and bottom I will not be returning it as it is well made and protects the duvet itself but requires a different bonding technology for a perfect fit and finish.
