This box with snap closures arrived damaged, the box was broken and torn but the outer mailer box was not damaged. I was surprised that it is non-refundable. It doesn't make much sense and is disappointing. I use Ziploc to store my groceries and would like the packages to arrive factory sealed and safe. I don't want to use these grocery bags now as they arrived in this condition as I have no way of knowing what happened or if they are still factory fresh.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me, but 1 liter packets leak at the factory corner. I can't get the barcode because I threw away the box. So I have no way out at the moment. I lost sqm. Chicken broth yesterday because it leaked at the factory corner. I'm glad it was on my drying board and not on the counter or in the microwave. I have noticed over the last few years that quality control has a true and good character in many things. But zippered freezer bags.?

I am very disappointed with this new design of Ziploc freezer bags. The old ones could be closed by "buttoning up" with your fingers. They had to be carefully pinched along the entire seal line before they could be secured for the final seal. They also seem to be thinner than the old ones and have tiny holes in part of the pocket after just a use or two. I used to be able to clean and dry old models and use them 4 or 5 times. Private labels are no better now either.
