This kit is well-desiged, with nice details like the separate bathroom and 5 lights which run under the upper floor inside a pre-cut groove. The directions are in English and are better than some of the others I've built where I've had to figure out so much of it on my own. Written directions are not imperative after building 10 of these but illustrations are. I sometimes add or change elements anyway.
