I ordered a size Small due to reviews saying it runs large. I’m 5’2” 115lbs and it fits great! You could even fit a hoodie underneath if you wanted. The length is good it hits Right above the knee. Very warm with the fur inside, however I don’t believe it will be waterproof due to the fabric on the outside. Pockets are nice and big. The outside does collect hair that you can see. As a result of my tests, I determined that this skirt is not worth the investment. The vegan leather material feels stiff and uncomfortable against the skin, making it impractical for girls' fashion. I work with Special Ed students. I was in PE with one of my student's for their Gen Ed class and noticed these really cute pants on the PE Teacher. Let me start with, I am a big girl. 6'0 tall, with wide shoulders and more belly than I want. I purchased the 3X as I wanted this to be oversized.
