I mistakenly deposited my UST without a memo and KuCoin told me the solution to it was to pay them USDT 30 and they would get it credited back to my Terra Station address. I made the payment and it has been 4 days already since I've heard a single update from them. I have been following up everyday and they lack the courtesy to even tell me that they received my payment. This is by far the worst exchange that I have, bare in mind that I've trading on 8 different exchanges in the past 5 years. ThSee full review
