I started having problems just when going through the KYC verification process. They kept rejecting my photos even though I followed every step exactly as laid out. 7 times I sent the verfifciation photos of me holding my passport ect but evertime they say its no ggod. Now I cannot login and they use a double 2FA system. You have to request 2 codes, one sent to your phone and one to your email - I always get the one to my phone but never get the one to my email.
