These are thin and don't peel off. Previous ones would peel off in my sleep and stick to blankets ruining them. They remain on after showers. When it comes time to take them off is the issue. It's like they turn to glue and it is like peeling off glue itself. It doesn't come off in one sheet. Super wierd. I cannot understand the negative reviews. The sizing is spot on - I wear a size L shirt, and a size L vest fits perfectly.
