Missing pieces! I love the box but the first time it was missing the little animals & came broken. The company replaced and received a second box which was also broken, but because it has to do with the wrapping of Ebay. Then the rep was kind enough and replaced it with a lovely new lunch box! Honestly, as long as you aren't 6'8" you're fine to buy this desk. It is a bit shorter than other desks I've had but it isn't too short.
