I love this purse for traveling but to save money on hardware they put leather pulls (not metal) for the zippers like the picture. I ordered a couple times before but this was the only time they substituted the leather pulls. I hate them! They always unravel and I had to buy my own pull hardware…please stop doing leather pulls! I ordered this hair once before and it lasted a pretty long time. The hair I received this time was subpar. My main issue is with the lace. It’s horrible. And the way the wig is constructed the lace hair and wig cap hair don’t mesh together causing the track to show on both sides. I really wish I could get my money back. See full review
