It's hold 551.6 btr worth of 117 usdt (now 107 and continued I lose money), since yesterday I trying to exchange with XRP or USDT. I got the error: Failed to place an order. The same error I get when I am using the WEB site. I have opened a support ticket and their answer was: Dear User, Sorry for the late reply, Please be informed, the order must at least worth $10.
