I’m short waisted and this hits me right about the navel which works fine with the peplum design. The fabric is a mid weight and not sheer at all. It was a little creased where it was folded but I think they will fall out by hanging. The length is a couple inches below my knee. My legs are on the long side. I ordered a size M and it’s a little tight, but I’m keeping as I’m trying to lose my pandemic weight. I also ordered a large and it’s suppose to be delivered tomorrow. I am really disappointed. While the colors match the ad, the fit on me is awful. It is so bulky and VERY unflattering. Maybe if it was a lighter weight it wouldn’t look like I have football pads on underneath it.The outside is very soft.
