This is a sturdy, well built little adjustable stool! Packaging was great and easy to unbox, height adjustment easy to do and we like the look of the wood. My father can use it to do his exercises (sit to stand from a variable height) on from a knee surgery without issue, that's how sturdy it is for him, and it also is a great little spot for putting on shoes. It has great adhesion, but there’s absolutely no lift or support especially for bigger breasted women like myself. I got the largest size D and it was too small. It’s basically just a nipple cover.
