Yes, it was a little bit like felt but it did the job---keeping me warm on the plane. At times I rolled it up as a lumbar support on the plane and sometimes used it as a pillow. Love the color. Love how thick and soft it is. Would’ve given it a five-star review, but it’s extremely small. I normally alternate between a large and an extra large. Other reviews mentioned it ran just a bit small, so I ordered a 3X (the largest size available btw) to ensure it would fit loose and kinda baggy (like the pictures suggest) however, it does not.
