I have very frizzy hair and in the morning it looks very wild. These silk pillow cases have helped some. I also noticed in the morning I have deep wrinkles by my eye on the side I sleep on. BASED on my experience with these paper straws, I wouldn't recommend them. While they are visually appealing they are not very sturdy and tend to fall apart easily. On top of that, they are not biodegradable, which is concerning for the health and household of our environment. So, it's a good notebook. I've been using one for about a week now. Here's a few of my gripes:1) The Table of Contents list is fairly short. Maybe add another sheet or two?2) Ink smudges. Not a big deal, but I do have the occasional smudge in my notes from using ballpoint.3) Pen holder position.
