The product itself works and looks nice upon arrival. My complaint is that it is shipped in the box pictured. It is a nice gift box that should be used to gift the product. It was however covered in tape and shipping labels. I believe it should have been placed inside of a shipping box as well. This is really a kibble topper, not a full meal. That said, there is very little food in the pouch. And it is difficult to get the food out of the pouch because of the way it is folded. I wanted this to work so badly. The control box works, the remote is VERY sensitive and thinks I’m pressing 2-3x when I’m pressing once, and the blanket does heat up. But it’s not like a sauna. It’s very warm. I’ve cranked it all the way up and stayed in there to the point that it felt like it was nearly burning my skin, pulled a towel around myself to try to tough it out, but it’s toasty like an electric blanket.
