Worst customer service I've come across. First of all, I am not even sure if the person from the support chat was real or I was talking to a bot. I accidentally deposited an ERC20 token (to an ERC20 address) that was no longer available because it already had its main-net. The platform did not want to perform a simple task and return the tokens back to my wallet and instead asked me to pay 150$. The value of the tokens was not even 50$.
