Tried this for the first time today, and I had to write a review. I run 12-15 miles per week, and it's never pain free. I have had 2 surgeries on my right knee, so I have pain along the outside of that knee while running. I always ignore it. I put the band on, right side only and went for an average run. I didn't have high expectations because it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. But seriously, no pain. At all.This is absolutely worth a try for mild to moderate knee pain with activity.
