I own a few Athlefit sneakers in various colors and styles. They are a good quality and far less expensive than similar styles by name brands. My one issue is with the sizing. I put this strut in a Herman Miller Aeron C chair and it fits perfectly. I'm 6'2". The cylinder that came with the chair didn't put me high enough to comfortably use my mouse and keyboard. This strut fixes the problem. Easy to install, but harder to get the old one out. Lots of videos on youtube, but for the Aeron, take the time to take off the seat and press out the old strut with an 11/16 socket and a hammer.See full review

My old boss got me using these several years ago. Just stick it on your desktop and write your temporary notes. Erase them when you're done.
