They are easy to use and convenient for a cheap reusable option for sous Vide however they aren’t really easy to clean especially if you put butter or oily food in it. Also make sure the air port doesn’t go under the water. It may be air tight but not water tight which is a real bummer kind of my only negative. This has worked out wonderfully for my litter of 8. I have two so I can wash one and have a clean one.Totally waterproof, the floor is bone dry underneath.
