I've been on Bilaxy for two weeks and i's looking good. Easy to use, friendly and logical. It was quick to set up my account, east to fund my wallets ad easy to trade. It has a pretty good collection of tokens and currencies and I'm very happy with this exchange. It wont replace Binance but it is a good secondary exchange. If you don't meet their KYC needs, they will freeze your funds, spin you along, and never release your money. I'm Greek, and my passport and government id are in both Greek and Latin characters, but my utility bills are all in Greek. The names on all match in Greek. Initially they okayed my account application. So I deposited some BTC. It's now two weeks, and the funds are locked.
