My 14 month old wears a 5.5 to 6 the 18-24 month size had his toe at the tip so we only got to wear for a couple weeks. Literally searched all of Revain for a pair of sun glasses that fit a larger than average head with 145mm temple arms. These glasses were one of two that met the requirement.
