Only real complaints I have is that the product comes flat and it doesn’t easily go back into its normal circular shape so my daughters looks lopsided but her mom wanted a Winnie the Pooh theme so it’s better looking than the others. After trying this product, i MUST say it was a complete disappointment .The non-stick coating wore off after just a few uses making it almost useless. The case is very nice looking. It almost looks like glass, or a very good acrylic. The side I think is TPU, but pretty firm. The back is more solid. It's been over a month, I normally take good care, so I don't know about scratches, but it's holding up very well. It's very clear. All the holes and buttons line up well. Really great bag with the exception of the interior lining. The lining is too large and loose. Items become entangled and difficult to find and take out. It was near impossible to find the zippered interior compartment. Out of frustration I finally cut out the lining. . If not for this aspect I would have given this product a 5 plus star rating. For those of us who mix photographic chemicals from scratch to make developer, weighing papers are essential, especially for the very small amounts of some expensive reagents that go into developers. These papers weigh next to nothing, the chemicals aren't absorbed into the surface, and they are so inexpensive there is not reason to "recycle" them and get cross contamination.See full review
