Since over one month, no exact timeline/deadline has been given by the Kucoin team to the affected users, when and how they will be refunded.
Obviously, new customers count more than affected users as they always come up with new competitions and giveaways instead of solving the very urgent hack (losing of funds and not being able to access the money).
In summary, I am very disappointed and would not advise anybody to use this exchange anymore.
