Great customer service. I ordered the shorter version for the 4b first, but it didn't fit with my fan hat so I exchanged it for the tall model, and it was a great fit. Very well made, doesn't get warm at all with the fan hat with some thermal paste and aluminum heatsinks on the board. Spend the extra and get this if you want a good case. The fabric was soft, but very thin, like you could see everything through it. The fit was fine, but as a black summer dress it’s more of a cover up. The straps are also very weak and it started to hang really low after one wear and I feel like it’s going to disintegrate after one wash.
