Long story short, when reversing direction with very little force, the brush pulled free from the end and was stuck in the chimney. The color in the photo is a little misleading. The black is actually a graphite/dark grey. It’s fine but I was really wanting the black. I gave 4/5 for wrinkles because it’s wrinkly and since it’s plastic I can’t exactly iron them out. But it’s not a deal breaker. More of an annoyance. It looks very upscale and great on the MockingBird stroller. The brown leather on caddy is a slightly different color than the stroller handle but it’s not too noticeable and doesn’t clash. This caddy is also deeper than my others. it’s more for large tumbles or venti coffee cups, smaller cups will have more issues. example: I got a grande hot coffee from Starbucks and this is deep so when I was taking it in and out of the Caddy I was pulling the lid off of the cup and almost spilling it.other tSee full review
