These sheets are not up to par for baking cookies or anything with butter/shortening. I still have to wash the pans as the oil leaks through. I've successfully used other sheets for more than one baking. These need tossed out after one use. Others might like them; I'm going back to my favorite If You Care Unbleached Parchment sheets.
