I've been using this for about half a month maybe. I wear it at night (i don't know if this is frowned upon) on the least tight and during the day i wear it at the tightest. I haven't changed anything major about my lifestyle except go running once in a while and do 10 squats every hour when i can. My kiddo wears 18M and 2T depends on the brand so I went for 2-3T size and as you can see it fits him well, don’t think it’d be as good of a fit on a true 3T. I’ve bought a number of these shoes, not just for me but for family members also. All up until this pair have been wonderful shoes that fit as expected. This specific pair was for my 9 year old grandson, and he has a hard time getting the shoes on. Good quality. Excellent comfort. Comparable to Wakoal Sport but cheaper without loss of quality. Shoulder strap is longer than the Wakoal which might work for some.
