This is my first air fryer and I have to say that I like it already, even though I've only made homemade fries so far. I don't buy frozen ones because they've got plenty of fat covering them even if you bake them. I scrub the potatoes with a vegetable brush first because I leave the skin on. That's the most nutritious part of an Idaho or Russet potato, and of course red ones, too.
