My miners were supposed to start on 9/20/21. I paid on time, but Wattum has not performed on their end. First week profit losses $2000. Company has not communicated anything with me. Yes you can call customer service or email CEO, but no resolution. Some issue at their Kazstan facility.
So far I can't recommend this company to anyone. I do hope they fixed the issue and make up for losses to us miners in some way. I want to believe in them, but so far just disappointment. I don't know what to saSee full review
