I don't think I would call these 'boots' as they are pretty light weight. I would consider them more of a hard soled slipper. They are easy to slip on & off. I typically wear a 9M & ordered a 9. These are a bite snug on the outside ball of my foot. When I first put them on, I thought maybe I had them on the wrong feet! After trying this product, I realized how essential it is to travel with.
