First use tipped cereal with milk. Second tipped out salad. Tried to use for chips and crackers.another mess. These bowls are not well balanced but we decided to keep and use for ice cream only. We avoid liquids or anything with lots of smaller pieces of food like cereal chips nuts or salads. They stain easily when microwaving spaghetti sauce. This mat would have been perfect had they not made one fatal mistake. Instead of rolling up the mat and shipping, they decided to fold it up into a tight package. This resulted in an mat full of folded bumps and seams that effectively renders this useless. I hope they reconsider in the future because otherwise this would have worked great.
