In my experience, Quppy is a pretty good platform - easy to use, reliable, fast and with reasonable exchange rates, very close to the market rates for the vast majority of assets, However, it is far from perfect. The main issue for me is the minimum fee for outgoing fiat transactions. Unless you send a really hefty amount - it is too much.
