I recently got the fragrance from their newest line being advertised for Eid. Their customer service is honestly pretty good; the staff is super knowledgeable about the products and are really well trained and do not linger uncomfortably. However, they could use improvement on the delivery process and refunds process. With that being said, I am definitely a big fan of the fragrance and the makeup lines.
