All I can say if you are from Europe or if you are unlucky to be in one of 65 restricted countries that Uphold doesnt operate in. There is no way you can get your money out. You can sell your blanko and have "money" in the mythical wallet but you will never be able to withdraw that money to crypto as their partner Uphold has around 65countries restricted, whole europe almost lol.
