This skirt is super cute! I am 5'1, 210# (recently lost 50#- WHooo!), 38C, 14-16 pants. I purchased an XL. The skirt fits a touch smaller than I expected through the hips (I am hippy and have a booty) but isn't too tight. The length is perfect, hits right above the knee. It is really tight on the top & loose on the bottom. I usually size up for tops & size down for bottoms. At first I bought a medium, the top fit well (c cup) but the bottoms seemed like a size large. The airflow is continuously variable, not stepped like an AC Infinity. For the energy usage the airflow is good. It makes good pressure and good vacuum no matter how you implement it. The propriety connectors are my only reservation (on the speed control pendant). It is useful though the unit can be used at full speed without the speed control pendant connected at all, and they provide a thread on cover to protect the port.
